Hey there! ¡Hola! I’m Shelley Sánchez - a creativity coach, innovation strategist, and award-winning leader. I’m a scientist at heart who uses her constant curiosity to help businesses and individuals explore new ideas and bring them to life.

I spent over 25 years in healthcare leadership roles in product development, business development, strategy, training, sales, and operations in start-up companies to Fortune 500 organizations. But don't put me in a box because I've also been described as "a creative genius, mom, volunteer, international traveler - a mover, a shaker and a carpe diem maker!"

My own life and career came alive again when I rediscovered the creative genius within me. I’m constantly trying new things that both scare and intrigue me- including improv and standup comedy. Now, I’m on a mission to inspire women to tap into their creativity and find the courage to do epic new things!
