Hello!

I'm Shelley - a creativity coach, innovation strategist, podcaster, award-winning leader, and a lifelong explorer. As early as I can remember, I’ve had a creative energy inside of me that I wanted to share with the world. I believe we are all creative but express it in different ways! During my childhood, my creative outlets included activities like theater, music, figure skating, and some epic backyard MTV music video re-creations. 😊

My never-ending curiosity led me to earn college degrees in both Biology and Spanish (as an added bonus, I also met my husband in Spain). I spent over 25 years in healthcare leadership roles in product development, business development, strategy, training, sales, and operations in start-up companies to Fortune 500 organizations.

I was an achiever who climbed the corporate ladder. I won awards. But I didn’t truly feel successful until I decided I was going to tap into that creative energy inside of me each day professionally and personally. Guess what? Not only was that creativity what I needed in my personal life, it was also what the companies I was working for needed. Now, I’m on a mission to help people rediscover their creative genius and do epic new things!

Here are just a few examples of my creative genius in the world...

What does YOUR creative genius look like?

Doing improv or stand-up

It's both scary and exciting!

Taking stand-by trips all across the world

I'm grateful my husband is a pilot!

Letting music into my life - at concerts or performing

Ask me about playing cello and recording with a rock band!
